Senior Loan Officer
I’ve been around the mortgage industry for a large portion of my life and knew for a long time that this is the profession that I want for myself for the rest of my life. My father is a mortgage broker and so is my brother. I have seen firsthand the power of this profession and know how life changing it is to be able to help clients buy a home for themselves. Buying a home is not just about having a place to call your own or no longer having to pay rent. Owning a home is about building wealth for you and future generations. Again, it is life changing.
The best piece of advice I like to give to my clients is that no matter what happens you should always stay positive and focus on the good things, not the bad. When you focus on the bad aspects of life the negative energy will always follow you. You have to have a winning mentality no matter what, even if life doesn’t go exactly how you planned you have to always adapt. No two clients’ situations are ever the same. Unforeseen things can happen when you are trying to buy a home and applying for a mortgage. There is almost always a way around them. Every obstacle is just a challenge to be overcome and I love nothing more than to help my clients overcome the challenges in their way of owning a home.
The best part of being a mortgage broker is getting to be around the clients that I work with and the other people in our firm. I spend everyday spending time with some of the kindest, hardworking, and entertaining people you can find. I love life and I never want to be bored. The idea of a typical 9-5 job is something that I just cannot imagine for myself. Every day I get to help people from different backgrounds and who have different stories, but share the same dream, owning a home. For me, this means that every day is fresh and exciting. I never know who will be waiting for me in my office or who will be on the other end of the phone. Life is full of infinite possibilities and I truly enjoy experiencing what each day has in store for me.
